PRODUCT INFORMATION

How long do our products last? 

MACARONS

For optimal taste, your DANIEL macarons are best kept in a cool place and consumed within 4 days of purchase. Your macarons should be removed from the refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before eating in order to enjoy their flavour fully. 

CHEESECAKES, CAKES, PASTRIES, CUPCAKES & CAKE POPS

Our cheesecakes, cakes, pastries, cupcakes & cake pops are best when eaten on the day of their purchase.

BISCUITS & COOKIES

Our Biscuits & Cookies are best kept in a cool place and consumed within 30 days of purchase.

Our Biscuits & Cookies that are coated in chocolate are best kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 30 days of purchase.

Please keep all biscuits & cookies in airtight containers. 

CHOCOLATES

Our chocolates are best kept in the refrigerator. Keep them in an airtight container or in their original packaging as they are very sensitive to aromas. They are best consumed within 2-3 months from the date of purchase.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?

You can order our products from this site by clicking on the tab “SHOP”. After having chosen your category and products, you must add them to your shopping cart. You then need to log into your account by entering your email address and password. If you haven't got an account yet, you need to fill out the registration form. Enter your delivery address and billing address. Choose your shipping mode. You must then accept our general terms and conditions of sale before proceeding to secured payment. Once your order is accepted and the online payment is made, a confirmation email is sent to you. It contains your order number.

I have not received an order confirmation email.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, then it was maybe placed in the spam section of your electronic mailbox. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact us on support@danielpatissier.com. You can also check your order status in "My account" --> "My orders".

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number may be found in your confirmation email. You can also find it in "My account" --> "My orders".

Can I change my order content?

As long as the payment is not completely registered, you can change your order content by accessing your shopping cart. Once the payment is registered and accepted, you will not be able to change your order. You cannot add or delete articles to an order previously accepted and registered.

Can I cancel my order?

For orders placed in Mumbai, once the payment is registered and accepted, you will not be able to cancel your order.

For orders placed outside Mumbai, you must notify us within 30 minutes of placing the order by sending us an email on orders@danielpatissier.com or contacting us on +91 99300 05215. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once the order has been dispatched (even if the dispatch takes place within the 24 hours order placement window.

A refund for a successfully cancelled order will only be made in the form of ‘online store’ credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.

How can I track my order?

To track your parcel, please go to the ‘My Account’ section. Here you will find all the necessary information, including your parcel’s tracking number and the progress of your delivery. 

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver DANIEL’S products?

We deliver all our products within Mumbai. We deliver select products PAN INDIA.

What are your delivery speeds and rates?

Orders placed between 11:30am - 7pm will be delivered within 4-5 hours in Mumbai. All orders placed after 7pm will be delivered the next day.

Orders placed outside Mumbai will be delivered in 3-7 days.

What information should I give for efficient deliveries?

To guarantee the convenient proceedings of your order delivery, you should give us the most precise and complete information when you enter your delivery address. You should also ensure beforehand the presence of the receiver: all day for deliveries and at the expected time slot for a courier delivery.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

If the recipient is out at the time of delivery, our partner courier company will inform you that they tried to drop off the package. You will then be required to coordinate with our partner courier company for any further details.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered?

If a problem occurs during the delivery, please get in touch with our customer service on support@danielpatissier.com. Your inquiry should absolutely reach us within the 24 hours following the initially scheduled delivery date.

DAMAGES

What if the products received are damaged?

We at DANIEL hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, upon delivery and in case of any missing, damaged or incorrect product in your order, please notify us immediately via email on support@danielpatissier.com with images & details of your order or contact us on +91 99300 05215.

Upon investigation, our team may require further information to help with solving your complaint. If any errors in fulfilling your orders have been found, we will provide you part or full online store credit.

The complaint email should be sent to us within 24 hours of the order being received by you. Subject to our report, and in conjugation with our Terms & Conditions, we may as a gesture of good will offer you part of or full value of your order as an online store credit.

What if the products received do not taste right?

All our products are developed by rigorous research and development and continuously tested for the perfect flavor, one that will appeal to our customers. Since taste is usually subjective, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds merely because the taste of any product may not be as per your liking.

Can I return an item?

For hygienic reasons, food products cannot be taken back.
